Personal licence privacy

Cozy Mac Apps uses your email address to verify ownership, issue your personal CozyZip licence, send essential licence emails and help recover your key. Your signed licence contains your email address; keep it private.

Cloudflare processes the form and bot check and stores licence records. Resend delivers verification and licence emails. Your IP address is used transiently for abuse checks; this service does not store it in licence or consent records.

News is optional. If you choose it, we keep your verified email, the wording and version you agreed to, and the time of consent. An unsubscribe link stops news without cancelling your licence. Consent is not shared with Paddle for free licences.

We keep verified licence records for ongoing activation and recovery. Unverified requests are removed seven days after expiry; delivery records and anonymous budget counters are cleaned after 90 days. Consent and withdrawal records stay until you request deletion.

For access, correction or deletion, email support@cozymacapps.com. Deleting licence records also removes online activation and recovery for that licence.
